Learner Satisfaction

The National Learner Satisfaction Survey (NLSS) is the largest survey of the post-16 learners ever undertaken in England.   The study provides an insight into how satisfied learners are with the provision that the LSC funds.

The NLSS is a valuable resource for the LSC, partners and providers - providing feedback from learners on the quality of teaching, responsiveness and support that they experience from their providers.

It was carried out in 3 waves using a telephone based methodology: however for certain learner groups who may not be contactable by telephone, alternative methods of engagement are used.
